My goals are simple: enjoy my last time on this sphere in peace and harmony, bearing no malice nor regrets. The close companionship of a sophisticated, attractive, and intelligent woman of class would hopefully augment the remaining journey.

I write poetry (see above written Spring/09) and create music in my home studio. I love to dance and partake in the arts and culture. Never one to avoid a serious discussion, my input will run quite a diverse and eclectic store.

I've been around the block too many times for my liking; and, James Taylor's lyrics, "I've seen fire and I've seen rain" certainly fit. Nevertheless, I always manage to hold on to my integrity and sense of self.

Undoubtedly, there is quite a road map to me. A few lines or paragraphs, especially in this forum certainly would not be sufficient. I'm not averse to openness and honesty. Under appropriate shared circumstances, I am forthcoming.

To be sure, my inner character feels at home and in tune when I am in a warm, caring, committed, passionate and loving relationship. I can do fine alone, but I am better together. I know this about myself. It's just a matter of time. So, pursuing and establishing a long term relationship is a primary focus for me. Yet, I recognize the need to be prudent, both for my sake and a potential partner's.

Not so I would consider myself big and lovely...more like short, plump, comfortable in my skin and disgustingly cute!
This last couple of months have been quite difficult but once again, the sense of humour has pulled me through the fog. From what I understand, fog got a lot of us this winter.
I am a touchy feely woman, who thrives with intimacy and skin to skin contact-not necessarily sex either. An initial connection is important. Definitely a Pisces and once again, a proud member of quirkyalone.net

Hi, thanks for dropping by. I am young in mind and body. I'm not super fit but I like the out doors and being in it. I wilderness camp, usually by kayak or canoe but sometimes by portage/hike.

I don't watch a whole lot of TV but I do have some shows I follow. I like the CSI ones and Hung, Weeds, 6 Feet Under. You get the picture. I don't like chick flicks but love action drama, and fantasy movies. I marvel at what they can do for special effects these days.

I am a hippy at heart. I hate exercising and would much rather stack wood than run on a tread mill. I can use tools, cook, and can take care of myself. But it would be nice to have someone in my life that could do the heavy lifting. Be it gyprock or my heart when i'm sad. Not that I'm sad much but there is always some sadness in everyones life and it's nice to have someone to hug and hold in those times.

Well I have been energetic, sport's-minded (skiing), fun loving (still am), but things slow down at 75. Still love swimming,biking and walking - even dancing. Especially love travelling, movies, theatre & finedining. Oh and bridge! But most of all I enjoy good company & good conversation, So before I get too old, would love to meet someone who appreciates my tenderness & cooking. By the way was a business woman, am tall (5.9") divorced with 3 grandchildren
