  • Any promotion of third-party branded products or devices;
  • Any commercial solicitation or advertising;
  • Any derogatory, demeaning, racist, abusive, violent and obscene comments about individuals, groups or organizations;
  • Multiple submissions of posts;
  • Abusive or offensive language including profanity;
  • Heated arguments that become personal or unrelated to the topic;
  • Links to other websites that are not relevant to the discussion or that breach the acceptable usage as stated in the Terms of Use;
  • Libelous statements, such as allegations of criminal activity or comments that unfairly harm a person's reputation.

ZoomerMedia Limited does not claim any ownership rights to user content submitted to the Website. After posting a comment or photo, the user continues to retain ownership of their content and has the right to use and license their content in any way they choose.
